Here’s what you need to know about our handmade mugs and how to customise. They go through a long and difficult process which can take up to 8 weeks. 

Custom mugs

These are handmade and made to order so that you can create your perfect mug. You can choose different sizes to suit you ranging from flat white, espresso, standard, latte and large. You can pick different little treasures to scatter around the outside of your mug and a bespoke treasure to nestle in your mug which peaks through as you enjoy your cuppa. You can customise your mug with different quotes, names, witty comments or anything that means something to you in 3 different places. 

Uniqueness 

Each mug will have different markings, dents and shapes due to being handmade and so they’re all individual and unique to you. 

Due to the nature and unpredictability of handmade ceramics, should any issues arise in any of the stages I will remake the order for you. If there is a slight imperfection I will offer the mug to you discounted should you want it. 

Processing times 

Making these mugs needs a slight bit of patience to get them right. There is a 6-8 week estimate for processing times which doesn’t include delivery times. Each stage of the making process can result in a set back due to their fragile nature and your mug needing to be remade so the 8 weeks is intended to allow for these issues.
